MY VISION
OneOne Sports was founded with a simple mission: to bring the insights, structure, and innovation of professional baseball to the evolving world of college athletics.
After two decades leading at the highest levels of Major League Baseball - including as Vice President and Assistant General Manager with the New York Mets - I started OneOne Sports to help college baseball programs navigate a new era. With the rise of NIL, the transfer portal, and rapidly increasing demands on coaches and staff, success now requires a more professionalized approach. That’s where I come in.
