IAN LEVIN, FOUNDER & CEO
Ian is a seasoned baseball executive with 20 years of leadership experience across nearly every facet of a Major League front office. During his tenure with the New York Mets, Ian held key leadership roles - including Manager of Baseball Analytics, Director of Player Development, and ultimately Vice President and Assistant General Manager - contributing directly to one of the sport’s most forward-thinking and successful operations.
His work helped shape the Mets’ approach to scouting, player development, data and technology integration, and high-performance strategy - impacting more than 110 Major League players and multiple award winners, including Cy Young recipients, Rookies of the Year, Gold Glove winners, and All-Stars.
Over two decades in professional baseball, Ian’s experience includes:

Built and mentored cross-functional teams, aligning departments under a shared vision and driving sustained performance.

Oversaw the acquisition and growth of top talent across amateur, international, and professional pipelines.

Spearheaded the use of emerging data systems and tools to modernize decision-making in player evaluation and development.

Hired and supervised key personnel throughout the organization, including Major League Managers and Coaches, Health & Performance staff, and Front Office.

Led strategic changes that improved player availability and elevated on-field results.

Directed the renovation of the home clubhouse at Citi Field and the design of a new state-of-the-art minor league development complex.

Managed contract negotiations for more than 100 players, aligning spending with long-term roster strategy.

Oversaw a $500 million operating budget across all departments of Baseball Operations.
